yes, but if you are going to pay for something other than oem, just buy pennzoil synchromesh. key word synchro!. proven time and time again to work excellent on our transmissions.

and no the hahn downpipe wont fit unless you convert the turbo to a v-band exhaust outlet, which you can do for aabout 60 bucks. and then just purchase the v-band hrc dp

Proven time and time again? OMG

As far as I knew, I was the only one running Synchromesh for a long period of time. According to all the experts, anything but synthetic ATF+4 fluid or the now obsolete NV-T350 MTX fluid will rot the paper lining on your synchros.

There are already plenty of threads on this subject, just do a quick search and I'm sure you'll find the information you need to make an informed decision.

i only have heard good reviews on the pennzoil back when i searched on 2gnt a while back, and it has worked great for me for a long long time paul. much better than the atf+4. my tranny has 130,000 miles runs like new. anyway do your own research on the fluid and make your own choices. I guess after pauls last remark and me having no desire to search some more on it. we can consider it an opinion of mine.
