door side caps removal

both of my door caps have huge paint chips. how do i take them off
and do eclipses look weird without door caps and just side skirts??????

They are held on with a double sticky tape and some plastic clips.
It won't look terrible with out them on, but you will have holes in the bottom of the door.
(From where the clips slide in)

They just pop off. Be careful not to crack them though. Yeah it will look a little silly with them removed. But at least they will be removed for a good reason.

+1 on being careful! They are VERY easy to crack or chip, and good luck finding new ones if one happens to get damaged.
