OK here the story short and sweet. The other day going to work i started to hear a noise coming from the back seats. After getting to work i was found the noise to be just as loud outside the car on the passenger side. After thinking about it for a second i came up with the fuel pump.I know they aren't the quietest part in the world but i have been driving this car for about a year now and it was never this loud. I also then noticed that i can't boost. As soon as i start to get on the gas pedal and looking at my aem boost gauge at about 3 psi the car falls flat on it's face and starts to stutter real bad like fuel cut or something. Just wanted to get your guys input before i start to swap parts out.

You know i wanted to just swap ot the fuel pump seeing it's not that hard to do.. I am a tech at a VW dealership so all my good tools are at work but i have stuff at my house that can get me by. I don't have the wiring diagram yet for the GSX but i noticed somethig else and would just like to run it by you guys. When i turn my blinker on the tone of the fuel pump changes. Also i have ecmlik v3 is there anything i can log that would tell me the car is't getting the fuel it needs to boost. I did notice that when i really get on the gas pedal (a little bit more then half way) The aem wideband goes to 18.00 then gets the 3 lines that lets me know it's off the reading scale .. Any input would help

If it is going lean and cutting out when you give it gas than you most likely have a pump on it's way out or the o ring on the top of the pump is bad.
