calgary,
I have a 1999 Pontiac Sunfire GT, 2.4l Twin Cam.
I would like to turn it into a tuner car.
If I were going to build or rebuild an engine for this car are there parts available other than OEM for pistons, rods, bearings, cam/crankshafts...etc?
I'm thinking that I will build it stronger now to handle say NOS or turbo/supercharger at a later time.
Can anyone suggest where I would start?

yes there are parts find the piston shape you like and desired capabilities then find out the bore and the stroke of the motor then tell that to the companies that make pistons and rods they will set you up

Why would you come here thinking we would know/care about a sunfire?

Maybe on a board that has anything to do with the cheapest, cheeziest Pontiacs?
