doing body work

so yesterday I finally wanted to start fixing the bad body work on my car. Cleaning the area where i saw a big bondo crack, I came to find out the whole rear passenger quarter panel has been patched up. It was up to a 1/4 inch think in some areas. Took me a hi speed grinder with an 80 grit sanding disc and 1 1/2 hrs to get it all off. Now where the vent was, I am patching the hole. I'm also contemplating weather or not to remove the spoiler perminately.

I would put back on the spoiler and some stock tailights if I were you.

Stocker lights, definitely, but not necessarily the spoiler. These look real clean without them

Put the wing back on, loose at least the center aftermarket light.

OEM tails and keep the spoiler.
I think 1Gs look funny with no spoiler because they have such a small trunk/hatch.
