does this look like bad valve stem seals?

been puffing some smoke a little bit lately, haven't checked the turbo yet, I'm at work currently. I have a short 30 second video I took to show you guys and maybe get some opinions. Maybe turbo? maybe valve stem seals? Thanks a ton for insight.
Idle puffing video

I have a problem similar with puffing until I give her boost when I go down the street, as soon as I give it the car is good no more smoke. My car sat for years. So I wanted to know how the Lucas lube worked?

I used/using It only as a temp fix, when I pulled my exhaust manifold to change the gasket I saw that I think 7/8 valves had oil on them. So mine are pretty bad but the lucas was just super thick and only slightly helped.

So question for ya?

Were you losing oil pretty rapidly when you had bad stem seals?

I believe I may be in the same boat as I am losing oil pretty rapidly, my turbo is good and compression is good, I will be tearing into it this weekend.

Any help is appreciated, thanks

my non turbo smoked about the same amount as shown in the video, during idle... didnt notice while driving but it could have just been blown away by the wind. I put half a liter of lucas oil in, and it started to help right away... smoked about half as much. I did a full oil change and added 1.6 liters of lucas oil, and the remaining 2.7 liters of synthetic blend, there is officially NO SMOKE. I let it idle for a half hour and nothing. Lucas saves the day. It says you can use up to 60% in badly worn engines, I'm at around 40% Lucas is like pancake syrup its so thick. I hope the oil system gets the proper flow

from the video it progressively got worse, then I tried the quart lucas to 3-4 qt oil and it seemed to help for a few days but then again the bottle said to see slight improvement must use with every oil change, my car is still down currently but will be running within the next 2 weeks and I'll let you know how/ if its helped any still.
