Does anybody know what kind of fuel pressure regulator this is?? the screws on top have the letters HUA 12.9. ??????

That's an fmu

Like stated above it's a fmu. They are used when someone turbos a n/a. They need those to up the fuel pressure a lot more than something that is already turbo. If your profile is right it is not needed for your gsx you should sell it and but a 1-1 afpr.
