My cousin lowered his car about 2 years ago with an eibach sport - kit springs and eibach front and rear camber kits. Now he needs to raise the car back to stock and was wondering if he'll need to remove the eibach front and rear camber kits to get an alignement once the car is back to stock height. Will it be ok to do it like that?

Well if he still has the old stock pieces just put those back in, it doesn't take that long. Then he can sell them on ebay and get a few bucks. Plus if his kits aren't adjustable from 0 degrees then it won't work more than likely.

His mom took over the car payments and kept the car. She wants the car back to stock height because it will be a daily driver.

Thanks for the info.

It would probably be best to just remove front and rear camber kits, put the stock stuff back on, take it to an alignment shop and get the toe set. It would be a waste to have the front camber kit on just to get it within factory specs at stock height. Plus those offset bushings need to be greased periodically to avoid squeeking. If he leaves the rears in, he may end up with positive camber.

The only reason the camber kit needed to stay on is because my cousin is a dumb ass and threw away the stock pieces when the car was lowered. The camber pieces and the springs went to the trash. I didn't know about this until recently. But it doesn't matter anymore. I stored the ones that came out of mine when I lowered it and I just found them. So we're going to use those. But thanks again for all the help.
