I'm looking for a long term solution to my pesky oil return line leak - you know, at the oil pan flange. I've seen turbo oil feed & return line kits at cheapturbolines.com and on ebay, but I'd like to buld my own.
Slowboy has the flanges for $25 & a guy on ebay sells 'em for $20, but I'd like to know the specific sizes (and part number?) of the fittings that screw into the oil filter housing and turbo center section for the oil feed line, and the return line fitting that screws into the turbo center section?
I'm planning on building my hoses with B-nuts on either end (no barbed fittings). #3 Teflon for the feed line & #10 AN low pressure rubber (w/ SS sheathing) for the return line.
Any suggestions?

Free Bump with a Q: Why would you ever build your own return line?! You can buy them for like what - $50-$60? The parts alone to build your own set up would be that much, plus yours probably isn't proven, and it will take you time to build it.

i was on the same boat as you. i even started a thread about this. dont be cheap. as hard as it was for me to accept it, its a great investment to get the slowboy kit. i got it and it is really nice, building your own would come out more than jsut buying the kit. i have done lots of research because i wanted to find a cheap way to get by. it aint gonna work, just get the line from a dependable vendor
