it's easy. The first diagram posted by Steve is for the PC cable, on the second page is the diagram for a palm. All the details are discussed in the thread.

one more thing: That thread shows the passive cable. The first link in Defiant's post is the active cable. I'd try the passive cable first since it's very easy, but if it doesn't work, the active cable will do the trick.
