Well, the key with using the poly lines on NX kit would be if NX uses the same compression style and size fittings as NOS does on the distribution block and on the fogger. I would say most likely if NX uses 1/8" metal lines that have to be bent, and are compression fit, the poly lines would work.

Im also working on a far more "elegant" looking setup for the distribution blocks/spacers/solonoid bracket. But then again...it's not seen, when the manifold is on the car, it's all hidden...especially with the black plastic lines...noone ever assocciates black plastic "vacume looking" hose with nitrous, and all the hard parts are hidden.

NX direct prot kit should sell for about $659.00 if they are following the MAP. ( Minimum advertised price guidlines ) set forth by NX.

Nate and I have chatted a while back, and there will be not battles here between NOS and NX brand. Both have very good reputations and there own selling points.

NX does use 1/8 metal lines with compression fittings on there basic system.

I had a direct port setup on my GTi VR6 from NX. It's hard to install but believe me totally worth it.

Let me know how it goes on your car.

OMG OH my goodness!! There are a tons of lines there. LOKS kick ass!! :D

DSMJim- Nice set-up I helped my friend build up his VR-6. It was featured in the November 2000 issue of Max Power. But he sold it for a WRX. I miss that car.

Anyway I haven't filled the bottle yet. I'm building a shortblock then I'll install the NX set-up on it. It's still a ways off though...funds are low now.:(

I can get NOS kits Cost + 10%, A standard wet kit cost me 359 shipped to me.

with the nOS wet set up, the fuel port is taken off the top banjo bolt on the fuel filter, you have to drill a 1/4" hole in it and tap it with a 1/16"npt tap. then use a fitting that goes from 1/16"npt to an#4 then reinstall the banjo bolt in the top of the fuel filter. now you can run braided hose to it with AN fittings right to the fuel sol.. i just installed a NOS single wet fogger on my 91 talon

Jim, that you? Its Ian bud, hows the new beast doing? I am plugging in a 50 shot NX wet kit on my Talon soon. If you want you could help with the install! Anyways, shoot me back an email or call John and phone me.

Well I took the plung and got a single #@%#@%#@%ger setup w. cartbon fiber bottle and remote opener, purge and all the odds and end parts today.
Missing are bottle heater.

I was thinking of a direct port but I want to use it to spool the turbo that I'm getting and not make a lot of HP with NOS. So a single fogger wet kit will be fine for now,

Nice pick of the direct port kits guys. You will like how it hit especially anything above 100 hp.
