I've got a 97 GSX and I need to get new tires. Should I get the stock size again? Or I was thinking about going w/ 215/45/17, but I was wondering what that would look like w/ stock suspension. Or, what about 225/45/17? I'm confused on what size to get. Which ones will offer better handling? I need all season bec/ I drive the car in the snow too. So which ones will be better for snow?

your wheels are only 6.5" wide 225/45/17 is a bit wide for that and you will get a bit of roll-over. I'm going to go with 215's on my 6" wide rims because my car is fwd, and I need traction.

I've got the Yoko AVS Sports in 225/45/17 and they handle like stink on shit. Best tires I have ever driven. I have yet to drive them in the snow though. I live in WA and in the rain performance drop is negligible. It is very easy to feel the tires lose adhesion at the edge (when they do) and correct for it. Again I have yet to drive them in the snow, so there is my piece.
