I have a 93 Eagle Talon with a 1.8 engine with a five speed transmission. My problem is it has a interminent problem. It will idle fine and run perfect one minute and when I stop at a red light it will boug down and die on me. So far I have changed the plugs, wires, cap, rotor button, air cleaner, and the type of gas I use to Amaco ultimate. I was told it may be my mass air flow meter. When you give the car gas it runs fine. Someone please help me get her well again.

If Your Car Is Running Fine While Your Driving, And It Stops When Your At A Light. You Might Think About Checking Your Fuel Filter. Sometimes The Filter Gets So Dirty From The Gas. Put It This Way, Your F.f Is Airway Tube For Breathing, If You Were To Eat And Eat And Eat Your Airway Gets Blocked Up And There Is No Room For Air To Pass. If You Forces It To Go Air Gets Through, same As Your F.f. Changeing The F.f. Helps Your Car To Breath. Every Now And Than Put In Some Good Gas 76 Or Chevron 91 Oct. It Helps Keep Your Car Runing Better.

What's with using caps at the beginning of EVERY word?

Noramlly if the car has a bad maf it will run horribly. Although it could cause the problem you are having. Most of the time if a car has a bad maf you can cause the maf to act up by tapping on it with a screwdriver or something like that. I would check the ISC, they are known to go bad on these cars.
