ok today i got and installed the hallman MBC. on first run i thought i had set it all the way down, but appartenly i didnt and the boost ran up to 20psi. then after turning it all the way down, it only read 5psi when the t28 had been boostin at 10psi with out the mbc. so i tuned it to what the gauge reads as 7psi, but the car still feels alot faster. anything over that started to run too lean. so the question is, did i break the gauge or just install something wrong to make it read lower than it should??? ohh and the vac reads at 20 at idle which is around where it should be. let me know what you think.

im thinkin i should install my fuel pump and then try crankin it up, cause its deff cuttin out fuel when i turn the boost up. i think i might need to reset the comp as well

take the mbc off the car, run a split from the wastegate to the bov into the intake manifold. See what it boosts at? If its not boostn to 10psi then you might have f@cked up something with the gauge?
I would check for some kind of leak, if you turned down your MBC, it shouldn't go down to 5 psi, because I believe a fpr t-28 is internaly gated at 10.

ya i think its the gauge, cause when i drove my car last i took a look at the stock boost "gauge", if you can call it that, and well it was showing that the car was boosting more than it had when it was the stock set up. so i guess im going to wait to mess with the controler until i install my pump and new gauge.
