k i have a large dent on my driver side fender, i tried a plunger... its the wrong shape and too big, and i tried heating it with a hair dryer and then putting the air spray liquid on it... im looking for dry ice around here but i was wondering if there were any other suggestions before i take it in... its in an area i can push with my hand on but no space for a hammer will post a pic shortly

It looks like its kinked in the corners, but try a fire extinguisher and the plunger, but it looks like the tricks wont work on that one...

yeah ill try that thanx i hope something works i dont really wanna even get a quote on it cause its gonna b rediculous and id rather not replace the fender but that may be cheaper...

Wow i have the same dent shape on my car but on the quarter panel, I want to get it out looks ugly... anyways i think you should just buy a fender get it painted on replace it.. no point in trying to fix that one.. fenders are fairly cheap and if you can paint even better saves money thats for sure

i have the stuff to paint i just didnt wanna do it but i think its gonna come to that eventually... im leaving it for now if the other tricks dont work just cuase its not the top of my concerns... the funniest part is how it happened was backing out of a driveway had my whole rear end out and thought i was clear, gunned it and ended up jacking up a truck... of course it was almost 0 that day so the thing caved and i got all the damage, not even a scratch on the plastic of that damn truck...

Either just take off the fender and pound out the dent and get it painted, or buy a fender from me and get it painted :)

wellyou see i could get a new fener for around one hundred so im not getting it fixed ima try what he said and take it off never done it before ill take a look at it this weekend shouldnt be too difficult... any advice?

With out take a lot of time doing it, the kink in the fender lip and the crease(?) in the top will never come out. Sure you can make it 80% better just by putting a baseball bat behind it, wedging it on the tire, and rolling it out. But it is never going to be 100% again.

I would suggest searching on forums and car-part.com from a gray fender, before doing anything. Unless you or someone you know is handy with a paint gun. Then just order a fender from china for $34.99.
