Dejon tool dual stage MBC...anybody using one?

For those of you using the dejon tool dual stage (hi/low) mbc, did you guys have the black/blue solenoid part hooked up to the bov or wastegate?

I hooked the silver part (with the big black screw on top) to the wastegate, and the black/blue solenoid to the bov. And no matter where I turn the screw boost is still shooting up like crazy.

I have the Dejon tool dual MBC hooked up just the way you do. It took me twenty minutes to install, and it has worked perfectly for 2 years now. I'm sure you have solved the problem by now. It's usually pretty simple with these MBCs.
