Deep Rim cleaner?

My rims are pretty old and have acumulated their fair share of gunk. But no amount of scrubbing can clean them decently. Theres still god knows what stuck on them that I cannot get off.

Any recomendations for a hardcore rim cleaner?

sure go to walmart, buy some blast wheel cleaner...its very good. one sniff and any old time cleaner will tell you that its similar to the forumla that armoral used to use before that infant drank it and they took it off the market. get some of that stuff...wet your wheels(make sure they're cool) then spray that shit on, liberally. its 3 bucks a bottle so use alot. then get a sponge or a brush that wont scrape the good parts of your rim and go to town, it'l take a few times to get that old burnt on stuff off...but eventually you'll get it.
