deep clutch

my clutch is really deep. i push the pedal all the way to the floor and i only have to let it up like 2 inch's before it starts to grab. is this bad? am i looking at a problem?

it should be fully engaged at a little over 1/2 of the full pedal travel...you can adjust the master cyl. so that it grabs a little higher.

Mine is pretty much right off of the floor too but I love it that way I can shift ALOT faster that way if I don't have my leg in a wierd position. It's all in preference I think.
