my car smokes all the time...im pretty sure its the piston and rings but ive been reading some things that say bad turbos make smoke...i was just wondering what cooler the smoke would be if the turbno was bad...im pretty sure the smoke form my car is bluish thats y figured its the rings...whos knows...someone plz fill me in

bad turbos will leak oil thus producing blue(oil) smoke mostly. I'd do a compression check first if you have a tester. If not take the turbo off and have a look at it to see if you can determine if its leaking oil.

Thanks fellas...also i used to have high boost and now its all ### and such..so i guess i have leaks...how would i go about find where they are...i know there is a test u can make or something but i cant find it.

Powerwire smoke is a very thick yellow smoke too. Seen that a once or twice when I started wiring car stereo stuff. That sh!t is so thick and yellow..tastes god awfull too.
Then you learn just how close to the battery your fuse should be :D
