datalogger question

I have a palm m105 and every time the battry dies the software deletes. I have to reinstall everytime this is very frustrating .Can anyone recomend me a palm unit that does not do this and which will work with my logger?

They all do it if the battery dies. The simple solution is to replace the batteries before they die. Now mine likes to reset when you change the batteries but since I only use it for logging and phone numbers a few seconds in the cradle and it's good to go.

My 105 does the same thing. You'll have to upgrade to any of the Palms with a charger built into the cradle.

That won't save you when the batteries do discharge, just delay and reduce the chance of it happening. Get one with a compact flash slot and put your stuff on it, then it won't go away when the batteries die.
