2G Dash lights don't work

Well.. I attempted to change my fog light and mirror adjuster lights that are on the left of the steerin wheel, after I put in some of the lights I tested it and now none of my dash lights work including the cigarette lighter. Oddly my ash trey light still works does anyone know where the fuse location is maybe I blew a fuse?

Fuse is under the dash to the left of your feet.

Which fuse tho?

Not sure which one right off. It's in the little fuse block. Should say something like "gauge" or "instrument cluster" or something of that nature.

I've looked I couldn't find it I've heard that it's possible that I blew my dimmer switch

Here's a picture, kinda blurry though. I think that one says gauges.

Could be the dimmer.
