2G Dash Light LEDs

Hi everyone. I decided I wanted to upgrade my gauge + HVAC halogen running lights to LED. I got these blue LEDs I’ll attach as a photo. I installed it in both locations. For some reason, the dash gauges are a greenish look to them, compared to the HVAC, which is blue, like they should be. Any reasons why? When I have the plastics disconnected, it is very clear the LEDs are emitting there respected color, but for some reason they diffuse to a green. I’ll attach a video.

I think it would be because the dash has an orangeish film layer that is changing the color? Blue+dull orange would make greenish.

The back of the guages have an orangish film. Lightly sand it off where the number are so the blue shows through.
