dash and HVAC lights out!?!?!?

welll my dash lights and my HVAC lights will not come on..... yesterday i installed a new deck, but the lights worked fine all night and then all of the sudden they just shut off, so i dont think its my deck because tghey were working just fine..... the only other thing i could think of is my radar detector? the cord is cut and i wired it back togetgher and maybe the wires touched? but i checked all my fuses and even replaced a few just to check and all my fuses seem to be fine, any suggestions?

i may be totally off here, but ive blown my dash lights out more than a few times for various dumb reasons, and it always seems to be the fuse labeled "tail lights" under the hood i think its a 15 or so, check and see if that's blown.

another dumb thing, make sure nobody messed with the dimmer switch and just turned the lights down the whole way.
