Damaged turbo seals. Where to buy a rebuild kit?

ok well im new here so im pretty sure im going to get newbie attack like no other.
1st. Where can i find a turbo rebuild kit at? My cousin gave me a 16g(no play either, just seals burn out) and we are going to put it on a S10. we are doing a rear mount turbo like STS Turbo. The S10 is a piss around truck so we really dont care if we blow up the 4.3 in it. and yea we are running an pump oil line to the rear an antifreeze line an they are tuck away for the exhaust.
