Cylinder Head Removal

Is it in anyway possible that I'm able to remove a cylinder head without removing the cams on a 420A engine? Any help is appreciated.

Pretty sure you have to take the cams out
There is just no room for anything to get in there

Gotta pull the cams out

Don't think you can get the bolts out with the cam in. You can loosen them, but not remove them.
