Cylinder 4 not firing

All other cylinders are firing but 4 will not. When i pull plug wires off while it is running 1,2, and 3 make it run worse but 4 has no effect. It has spark and good compression on 4 but the injector is not working. I have replaced all injectors and still no change. I started looking into the injector wiring and found that the 2 wires going to the injector clip were cut and just twisted together. I dont know to much about the injector wiring so i have no clue where to start.

The two wires twisted together, are they alteast the same wires on both ends?

Anychance you can take a pic of what your talking about?

Also, are you able to see the #4 spark plug wire acutally sparking?

Yes you can see it spark. The clip looks like it has been changed. it jut has 2 white wires coming off of it. going into one of the white wires is a black wire with a red tripe, and into the other is a green wire with a white tripe. I will ost pictures as soon as my camera is charged.

Hmm.. did this happen all of a sudden or did you just buy this car??

I just bought the car. In the pics i pulled all the shrink wrap off and this is what i found.
