cyclone intake manafold

i was just wondering how much trouble it would to install a cyclone intake manafold on a n/t 4g63 outa 92 gs? what would need to be done to install it in the car as far as oil lines or any thing of the such? also i was told that intake manafold was somwhat like v-tec?about how much hp will it add as well? and any other information would be extemly usefully. thax
