ok so after attempting to make IC piping out of PVC and rubber couplers (and failing miserably  ) im going to the exaust shop tomorrow to make an upper one out of 2" exaust pipe running from intercooler to throttle elbow and also a J pipe out of 1.75" exaust pipe, has anyone ever done this? if so any information on the bends and specs would be MUCH appreciated, im going to have to weld my
BOV onto the new exaust pipe as well which im hoping wont be a problem

As long as it's mandrel bent (no kinks on the inside of the bends), you should be okay.

BTW, was the pvc pipe leaking at the rubber couplers? Try using silicone couplers and t-bolt clamps instead of those piss-ass worm clamps. Truck repair places usually have them but I think they go by a different name so they might not know what you're talking about when you say t-bolt clamps.

has anyone had any bad affects from using pvc for intercooler piping? was goin to try this but didnt know how well the pvc would hold up to the mighty heat from our 4g63's...

PVC will hold up under heat and it will hold up under pressure.
...but not heat AND pressure.

It may last a while or it might not. There is special kind of pvc (CPVC) designed to hold up under heat and pressure but it's brittle and expensive.

Stick with steel or aluminum.
