So i've been doing basic tune up and decided to clean my maf. I bought a can of maf cleaner and it specifically says DO NOT use of vehicles with karman-vortex sensors e.g. toyata supra turbos, mitsubishi, lexus... so if i cant use a can of maf cleaner what do I use??

I would check the gaps on your spark plugs, you are using BPR6ES's right? Make sure they are gapped to 0.028" and are clean before you put them back in. Also check your coil pack, transistor, injector resistor pack, spark plug wires, and ECU to make sure they are all within factory spec. I just had to replace my injector resistor pack this morning because my car was misfiring, bucking and jerking around, plus it sounded like a WRX. Karman-Vortex air sensors use lasers and mirrors IIRC and are very sensitive to solvents so DO NOT use that stuff on it. You might try just using a napkin and wiping the inside clean, but dont break anything.
