I was thinking of the possibility of creating a targa top for my talon. Would it be possible to cut out the roof and modify it to be removable, i know the door style would be a problem because the windowframe is connected to the door so some things would have to be fixed there. But do you have any suggestions/concerns?

Yes it can be done, I'v seen a couple eclipses with it done.

1. Our cars are unibdy, cut it and you have a nice show car, but nothing I would ever want to drive again...

2. I have heard of someone doing it with a Spyder and modifying it to work, which seems like the only possible way.

3. Correct me if I am wrong, but some european eclipse's came targa, those might be the ones that your thinking of seeing...
