In regards to loosening the crankshaft pulley bolt, am I supposed to loosen it by turning it clockwise, since your not suppose to move the crankshaft counterclockwise? I looked at previous post on the subject but noone has clarified weather you turn it clockwise or counterclockwise? Just wanna find out before I go and bust my a@# trying to torque it off. Thanks :dsm:

:thumb: Thanks guys. Yeah, from what I read you will have a hard time not using a impact wrench to torque it off. Im gonna have to find one? Thanks again

Just got the bolt loosened up on the crankshaft pulley. This is how I did it without a impact wrench.

I inserted a breaker bar through the opening in the crankshaft pulley and wedged it against the engine block.

Then I took a regular socket wrench with a breaker pipe(I used a 12 inch long pipe, it was all I could find. A longer pipe will give you more leverage) and torqued counter-clockwise until it came lose.

Shouldnt be too bad if you have that breaker bar securely through the openeing of the socket against the engine block, keeping the puley from moving. Good-luck
