crank walk help

ive heard so many different opinions on the whole crank walk issues. Now that i have a 7 bolt ( eagle rods, ross pistons, .30 over, balance shafts removed blah) im trying to do ANY prevenative maintanence i possibly can to prevent walking it. I bought it thinking it would last awhile then i talked to some experienced people they said if i had ne decent power n upgraded my clutch that it wouldnt last period. I think i am going to just make this a daily driver. i got the motor for free from a good friend so i didnt dump shit loads of money into it. The question is what are all of my options to prevent crank walkin.. Also, if anyone has information about the new "h" rated bearings... it would be appreciated if youd inform me. thanks a lot

umm just a question, why are you putting a 7bolt into a 1990?

unless youre getting it for next to free in which case dont mind me.

and crankwalk is overrated. if you keep worrying about it it will happen. just enjoy the car.

lets just say its better than free... it has eagle rods, ross pistons, .30 over balance shafts removed... 60k miles on head and block... free includes all needed accessories
