My mechankc said this is ok on the crank this line on it. Do you think its ok?

The lines from the main seal and shouldn't affect anything, as long as the seal doesn't leak.

Should be fine, if not get a crank repair sleeve, that area is where the rear main seal rides.

Since you have the crank, make sure you get the press fit oil galley plugs/balls out so you can clean the crank proper.
