Crackling at ISC Connector...

Anyone know how to take care of this?

Once I disconnect the plug to the ISC the crackling stops.

Are you talking about when the car is off and the ignition is on?

oh yea, sorry forgot to mention that...

yes key is on, car is off

Check your ECU caps, mine was doing the same thing when my ECU was bad. After I replaced the ECU the ISC stopped making the crackling sound.

ECU caps? how do i check that?

Scroll down to the first full picture of the ECU, figure 1. Open up your ECU and look at the 3 caps that are circled in the picture. Look for some nasty black goop under each cap.
