Ok guys I am doing a pretty heavy rebuild on my 1998 GST. After a tear down and clean up I found a small crack in the wastegate flapper port. It is about 1/2" Long and does go all the way through to the outside of the housing. From what I have read this will effect my spool pretty bad. The car was holding boost and no noticeable creep before tear down. I found this one on ebay for $100. Not to happy about the VHT paint on the internals but I could clean it off. What do you guys think? Below is a list of current or purchased parts waiting for install.
