Ok first I'll let you guys know what I have, then ask my questions....

1995 Eagle Talon TSI AWD
Front Blitz bumper Painted fitted from the person who owned it before me
Rear Blitz bumper Painted and fitted from the person who owned it before me...

Ok heres my questions

First, should I take these pieces to get them re-fitted to my car and installed professionally?

Second, if I put these on do I need to change out the front head lights...they seem a bit bigger but it could just be me?

The rear tail lights...I know I need to swap to eclipse tail lights, what all is involved with converting to these tail lights, IE bolt holes, and how does the bumper bolt up if there are no holes in the center pieces.

Last question, when taking the front bumper off...to remove the side bolts where it ajoins the fender, do I have to remove the whole fender to un bolt the front bumper or is there a way around this?

Thanks for any help some of you may have.

-the talon headlights will fit but with quite the gap. it would be best for you to look on e bay for a set of headlights and taillight's.

- to unbolt the fender from the bumper you will need to remove the under layer in the fenderwell.. and you'll see a set of bolts on each side holding the front bumper on. theres two on each side.

-the rear will be as easy as it will ever get. unbolt the rear talon lights and replace with the eclipse you'll see what little things need to be done. if you are un able to picture this project i suggest looking for a local member to help you out.

-my suggestion for yo would to leave the bodykit out of the picture and try to sell it for some nice supporting mods for your talon awd. it will prove worthy in the long run to go for the performance aspect rather than looks of a body kit. but yet i give you the facts and my honnest oppinion. good luck :thumb:

My advice would be to NOT put any form of body kit on, but thats my opinion. i'm partial and think that it looks 10^1000 better with OUT any form of "body kit", they are cheesy. but thats just my opinion.. good luck. -jammer

well I have the body kit..its already painted to match my car and I personally like them when they are done right...but yeah I plan on getting performance mods eventually but I figure girls like hot rides and don't know as much about performance compared to appearance. a stock tsi awd will stick a chick back in the seat enough so she thinks it is upgraded but anywho...

so the thing is already fitted but to someone else's tsi awd so I hear "every car is different man take it to a body shop"
but those guys wanna charge me more than I got the kit for to put it on even if it's a simple bolt on and they don't have to fit it.

so i'll just try it myself and then if that fails take it in.
thanks guys

think I will go with the Halo eyes and the black rear tail lights ;)

Ok so i'm covered in grime and car crap right now....got the whole bumper falling off except there are two screws phillips, one under each head light...

HOW DO I REMOVE THE HEADLIGHTS' THEY ARE LIKE STUCK SOLID AND i SEE NO OTHER BOLTS! OMG

look all around the headlights on the iner side and youll see the screws you need. also reminding you that there are screws that are attached to the front support under the car..

I look around like on the forums and I found a article so I think I found all the screws but the damn space available is so limited, tommorow my friend is bringing a pivoted socket and extensions over because my snake screw driver socket thing just didn't have enough torque to untighten those damn bolts...

all this work for two plastic screws on each side....sigh

anywho I got everything else undone but I gotta pop the marker lights out.

anyone know how the stock headlights will look with the blitz bumper, are they going to be too big and be under the bumper or are they going to be too small and leave a gap or fit just right or what?

aghh cars are so much fun, its the feeling of accomplishment!
