I have oil coming out of this hole. Could it me a bad valve cover?

I still believe its cracked. The only way it could be your gasket is that the rubber bolt hole ring thats a part of the gasket is broke/missing.
I'm listening.No visible cracks, its coming from the pressure hole.

Symptoms of a crack. If over torqued it will crack. Torque valve cover bolts to spec, no tighter.
You do realize that there is also the same hole in the front of the VC in the same spot also... Its a drain not a pressure relief hole. Sorry its not what you wanna hear..
You could buy a new gasket and see if it changes anything, they break because the valve cover uses like 5lbs of torque, jus tighten with screw driver next time.
I have my money on your fill cap leaking..
No visible cracks, its coming from the pressure hole.
