I have a 90 6 bolt block with the air to oil cooler setup. I am having trouble getting the gasket to seal. I've used copper spray twice on two different housings and it still leaks. I talked to JNZ and they told me to use permatex red spray a gasket with of course the OEM gasket. Anyone have opinions?

By the manual, you would install it dry with no spray, just the OEM gasket. Torque is important here, so make sure you are using a good torque wrench. Also make sure the gasket surface on both the front case and oil filter housing are absolutely clean and free of oil or any other residue. Other than that, there isn't much else. Good luck.
