On the TB and elbow gaskets, there are raised "rubber" parts. Does the rubber part face the throttlebody on the TB to IM gasket? And does the rubber part face the elbow or TB on the TB to elbow gasket?

Also, my shaft seals are coming in today from Kaman...how are those installed? I have read something about a lip or something but didnt see any pictures??

So I put everything back together, installed it and had high idle that I couldn't fix. So after digging and digging on TPS adjustments, found the post that Steve said that it didn't matter what resistance the TPS was because it will not be accurate, but you have to get the correct VOLTAGE. So I took the throttle body off so I could loosen the TPS, set the voltage to .5v (according to my Fluke meter, used my no name one from Schucks and it read .48v....I trust Fluke a bit more) Either way, it's in spec now. It WAS down at .43v and when I drove it, there was a real lack of power. Now that it's within spec, it's good on power.

Only thing is now I idle fine, but when I turn the fans on (A/C button) the idle goes to 1500!! I blocked off the FIAV, so everything's just running on the ISC....could that be why? After I turn the A/C off (I don't have an A/C belt anymore) the idle goes back down to normal.

I also wanted to say I feel like such a dumbf*ck because I used the fuel pump plug next to the battery instead of the ISC plug.

First time it melted the paperclip I used in the plug and I was like wtf?? Second time I used an electrical spade connector which i usually use (except now i remember i used it for the FUEL PUMP CHECK) and the car didnt start. I was confused...took the alligator clip off and it was hot as hell! burnt the sh*t out of me.

Now i remember i have to use the plug NEXT to it. Hope i didnt fck anything up...it ran and idled fine when I went down the street so.......but yea I know that fuel pump check plug is ONLY supposed to see 12v NOT ground so I hope everythings OK
