Corner lights bulbs

Took apart the front of my 1ga to replace my intercooler and found these light bulbs and thought they were cool. Anyone know what they are?

Looks like older leds. Any part number in them?

Looks like a couple of 5mm LEDs tossed together to make a bulb.
They were made like this years ago and the output was pretty sub par.
