100% not unless you have an ignition amplifier, preferably like a Dynatech.

If you plan on not using one just use stock coils and good wires. And even then, youre better off with stock coils, good wires and the Dynatech setup. COP just looks clean, thats the main appeal. Performance wise its not a big deal and not really worth it to spend the $$$.

Not JUST for looks, they just dont perform enough to justify spending the money on them. COP vs stock coils and good wires by themselves, stock coils are better.

Unless youre running like 35-40+ lbs, stock > *...Especially from a reliability/cost standpoint.

Like Dallas said, if you plan on running high boost then they will help out as long as you have the supporting ignition mods to utilize it properly. You'll be able to have a very strong spark and a longer spark so it won't blow out during high boost. Although, the stock coil with dynatek will more than likely still be better anyway.
