cop question

im building a cop for a frind of mine. Its for a 2g car and was wondering if theres any real diffrence between the 1g and 2g coil plug connector besides the color of the wires, i have a spare 1g connector sitting in my garage. Really just wondering if i can use it for a 2g cop set up or am i just gonna need to find a 2g coil and cut off the plug from it. thanks in advance for any help

It should be the same.

You do realize you are downgrading you spark system when going COP without a new ignition system like a MSD DIS

Iv got an msd dis 4 on mine like I said this one is goin on a friends dsm already have a cop ifon mine just trying to find out if the coil plugs are any difrent from a 1g to a 2g besides the color of the wires sence I have a spare 1g plug sitting in my garage
