Converting internal to external Help hook up wastegate

well first of im 16,

don't bash on me please !

if u look at my other posts i have a pretty well modded tsi with b16g, i am in progress of converting to external wastegate, i all ready ported/welded etc

now i have a mark II wastegate should i just hook up the bottom port to boost on j pipe or also top port to vacuum from intake pipe ? or just leave vacuum port open ?

Bottom port to a single dedicated boost port (J pipe). Top port open to atmosphere.

but if u don't mind few more QUESTIONS:

can i still hookup boost controller turboxs ?

and im over boosting ti hits 10-13 psi then at around 4.8k-7 its just SKY rockets and hits my knock light and cuts , so how do i accommodate or fix the over boost problem ? i have everything ported etc ?
