Control arm help!!!

I need help i have 97 eclipse gsx and both control arms from the ball joint and the other lower arms that are going down are bad i need to know if any1 noes where i could get some or if some has a set of good ones lying around to buy off of you thanks.

Give a call to a local junk yard or one of the vendors on here, that should be an easy part to find for a 2g, hard to find for a 1g I tell you what.
Spare parts ftw.

i actually think i need the ball joints only but iv been hearing they dont come seperate if any1 knows that that would be great.

I actually just replaced my passenger lower lateral arm tonight. I tried looking for just the ball joints since i would of been able to press them out at my shop. But either way you have to buy the the whole unit. It's better to buy new since i wouldn't want to risk my tire falling off while driving to save a few bucks. You could get them from advanced auto, pepboys, napa.auto zone,etc etc. I got the lower lateral arm for 95$ so i assume the curved arm would be 150-175.

I just did both lower arms on my GSX, on both sides, total parts were $260 feels like a totally different car now. Just got to your local parts store. You can't get the ball joints separate.

As stated, don't even bother with buying the ball joint unless you know what your doing to replace it. IE press, and the knowhow to get it done safely.

Wow, the spelling in here is horrible.

You have to buy new arms for a 2g - the ball joints are not replaceable.

You can get these arms used if you'd like, but you better know the condition of the ball joints. I'd suggest getting them from an OEM parts place or off of eBay.

I'm sure you could have found all of this out from searching as well.
