Vancouver,
Did a compression test on my NT JDM motor and found this:

#1 160Dry/192Wet
#2-192 Dry
#3-192 Dry
#4-190 Dry

So it seems #1 is little too low, service limit is 145. Since it's a newly purchased motor it's under warranty.

Not sure if 160PSI an acceptable compression or not, can't decide if I should exchange the engine.

Opinions are welcome:)

anything over a 10% difference is a problem.
My opinion is to take it back.
Why start with something that could progress into a serious problem down the road, after the warranty has expired.

you're probably right.

I'll do another test with Throttle @ WOT tomorrow if get same results than the motor is coming out.
