compression test gone bad

i was doing a compression test on my car so i followed everything and while removin the plugs on the last one it wouldnt come up the thread on it was bad. so i used some WD-40 and let it sit for a while, after a while the spark plug came of and i tried puttin on the tester but it just wouldnt go in... i have no idea how to fix this? any suggestions?


by the way the numbers on the compression test (ONLY 3 cyl) 154-150-123-???
did the wet test and the bad cylinders compression jumped to 170.

It sounds like the threads have been stripped. usually you can take it to a machine shop and they can redo the threads if they aren't to bad. The one cylinder with 123 sounds like the rings are bad, but not bad enough to stop the car from driving normally, just plan on fixing it in the future.

yeah thanks.. im plannin on fixin it because its kinda burning oil. but not alot i first thought it was one of my turbo seals but i started reading and began with the compression test.. so once i get it fixed ill know for sure if its only a ring..
