compression surge

okay i have a 1995 talon with a 50trim turbo with the greddy type s and it seems to be surging wondering if theres anyway to fix it no matter wich way i turn the spring tension it dosent get any better

Are you sure its compressor surge ? Does it sound like a flutter ? Does it happen after boosting hard ?

flutters all the time even at low boost

Well at low boost its normal for it to flutter. Now if it flutters at high boost you probably have the spring too tight,loosen it just a tad bit. How much boost are you running ?

its running 16 psi

Wow i don't know how it could be surging then.. Last thing i could think of is to check and make sure your bov is connected good, and if it is make sure it is not stuck close.
