compression problems

guys please help i ran a compression test and they are as follows:

120 120 90 150

a friend on another post recommended a leak down test, i dont know what this is what can you guys recommend?

Here's a fairly in-depth article about what a leak down test is and how to perform it. You should be able to rent a leakdown tester at your local Advance / Autozone.

I don't think I need to tell you that you have a fairly serious issue, as I *believe* 120 is the service limit on compression. 20+ points of varience between cylinders is also a bad sign.

no i took the readings one at a time
