Move to a more temperate part of florida, the panhandle. Plus NO restrictions on your car, No state tax, food is cheap, the beaches are  Actually with a 50g income from indiana it would take a 25% increase in income to MAINTAIN your current lifestyle. But if you moved to the panhandle you'd only have to increase your income by .99% ie extremely cheap to live there.

EDIT thats why they invented A/C. Plus you do get used to it, I moved here from atlanta, and I moved to atlanta from Minot ND so I can feel ya on the climate change, I got climatized pretty quick.

Colorado.

I dont even have to pass emissions where I live.

You cant even put on an intake pipe without the smog nazi's impounding your car in Cali

I have been to Cali like 50 times. If I had to live anywhere over there it would be San Diego.

I like Colorado but I would like to live somewhere where it's warm year round.

i have a buddy from minot. small world.

i hate iowa winters. that being said, when i lived in wyoming i hated winter worse, but i always loved going to ft collins colorado. weather was always like 20 degrees warmer than laramie. nice college town. had a hooters. fri and sat nights were awesome to sit on the hooters deck and watch cars cruise past. parties all over the place. it was a really sweet city.

Well, coming from NorCal, I can't say much about SoCal, but I can tell you that the state as a whole is one of the more expensive states to live in, smog comes up every 2 years, and if you don't want to revert to stock, you need to have mostly stock looking components (you can probably get away with a 16G turbo, but external wastegate is a nono, as is a lot of other go fast mods we do to these cars) and oh yea, all we can get is 91 octane shit gas. I'd say go to colorado, the mountians and valleys are beautiful, the summers are warm, and if you have an AWD you shouldn't have too much problem getting around (don't lower your car too much though)
