Color matching?

Alright quick question for all my fellow dsmers!

My gsx is the forest green or whatever they call it haha... How do you feel about chrome headlights with black rims? Think it would clash too much?

Hey I'm all for that! I was gunna accent my engine bay purple... People don't expect that, so when you open your hood they get a nice surprise

But I'm honestly conflicted! I've always matched my vehicles and I know it's not like putting orange and red together but hell, I always like others input, and people on here have DSM's so obviously they have good taste

If anything paint the housings black.


Purple hids? Why not.

But all my cars are unique and probably called ugly by a lot. Meh

"I" would say don't go chrome, or at least don't go overboard with it. Go into the photo galleries on here to look at other people's cars or google it. That way you can get an idea what it will look like.

I have always thought those headlights were kind of ugly. But if you put chrome headlights (or even the oem ones) with black rims with a chrome or polished lip. It would look good and not out of place. But as stated above, dont go overboard with chrome, and definitely dont get think you need chrome taillights.

Haha ya don't worry I def wont go overboard with chrome! But I decided to go ahead and get them. Once I get them installed I put up a pic or 2 so y'all can see!
